Nothing goes to landfill and removal is included. ### Fully insured Public liability cover up to £5 million, details available on request. ## Storm Damage in detail ### What to do straight after a storm Before anyone arrives, the most useful thing you can do is keep people safe. - Keep people, pets and cars away from under the tree. - Do not touch anything in contact with overhead cables. Ring the network operator. - Take photos of the damage for your records and insurer. - Ring Daniel with the details. ### Insurance If a tree has damaged your property, your home insurer may want photos and a written quote for the tree work. We provide a written quote on every job, and our public liability cover is up to £5 million, details available on request. ### Can the tree be saved? Not every storm-damaged tree has to come down. Sometimes removing the broken sections and reducing the crown leaves a safe, healthy tree. Other times the damage is too great. Daniel will tell you honestly which it is. ## Storm Damage, your questions answered ### Do you offer a 24/7 emergency service? No. We work 6am to 10pm, seven days a week. Ring Daniel and he will tell you honestly how soon we can get to you. ### Will my insurance cover the work? That depends on your policy and what the tree has damaged. We can give you a written quote and photos to send to your insurer. ### Does a storm-damaged tree always need felling? No. Often the damaged sections can be removed and the rest of the tree kept. Daniel will advise once he has seen it. ### A tree has fallen from next door. Can you help? Yes. We can make it safe and clear it.
